Order Type Reports: see the overview of your dine-in, takeaway, & delivery orders

Maybe you need to decide if it’s a good idea to have a takeaway stall. Or you may want to prepare for the days of the week that get more dine-in orders. Or you’d like to see how your catering is doing. If so, you would love the order type reports on Kounta Insights

On POS, you can tag orders as dine-in, takeaway, delivery, pickup, or catering. You can even prompt your staff to choose an order type so they don’t forget. But of course, this is only the beginning.

Data on order types is fed to Kounta Insights and made into beautiful, clear data visualisations. Now, you’ll be able to see which order types bring in the most revenue for your store and during which day of the week. So what are you waiting for? Access the order type reports on the Site Overview dashboard of Kounta Insights. (You can also try the Site Comparison dashboard if you have more than one venue).

Instagram post 18097220071127875 On Sunday our friends at @thesourcemosman put on a charity event to fund the efforts of @blazeaid - a volunteer-based organisation that works with families and individuals in rural Australia after natural disasters. We were very proud to be involved, matching all donations dollar for dollar, to raise a grand total of $7,000. It’s been incredible to see how our industry has responded to support people and communities affected by the recent bushfires... shout out to all the amazing hospo brands who are doing their bit!
