Recommended Orders: know what stock you need to buy within seconds

Figuring out what stock to order can be time-consuming. You spend a few minutes asking around the kitchen, and a few minutes rummaging through shelves & reading scribbled notes on whiteboards, only to find conflicting information, which means you need to double-check your counts all over again.

Well, now you can cut down on all that extra time spent figuring out what to order. Kounta Purchase now automatically creates Recommended Orders based on the stock items you are short on.

Here’s how it works:

✔️Automatic order recommendations – Simply tap on “Recommended Orders” while creating a new purchase order to view an auto-generated purchase order containing the items you need. ‘What to buy’ and ‘how much to buy’ are listed here based on the stock levels and selected PAR levels of your inventory items. View, edit, and send this to your supplier in just seconds.

✔️ Real-time stock level sync – The order recommendations given to you are based on your real-time stock levels in Back Office.

✔️Easy setup All you need to do is enter your par levels and default suppliers to Kounta Purchase, and just like that, order recommendations will appear when you create a new order.

Access recommended orders on Kounta Purchase.
