Kounta Lite (the free plan) gives you access to the core Kounta features. To get you on your way, you’ll start with a limit of 10 transactions a day.
We aim to keep our pricing simple and fair. We don’t limit you to the amount of transactions you do, the number of products you sell, the people you have working in your business, the number of logins and the size of your business. Pricing is per store (billed monthly in advance) allowing you to select the right pricing plan for each of your stores.
Add-ons are features built by Kounta or services that integrate with Kounta that allow you to extend your Kounta Point of Sale experience to customise Kounta to your business. Most of the add-ons are free but some may require the add-on you are integrating with.
No! Simply subscribe to Kounta, you can scale it up or down as much as you would like month to month, you can upgrade or downgrade, month to month, to suit the needs of your business. If you no longer require your Kounta or run a seasonal business, simply downgrade to Lite, so you can return later.
Kounta has been designed to be totally managed and supported by you. Additionally, we maintain an active Online Community with knowledge base articles, forums and feature request forums. We also offer 24/7 online and email support, which can be accessed immediately from any page within Kounta or go to the Kounta Support Centre.
If you need additional hardware, setup, training and support services we have a global network of Partners who can provide you with the best setup for your business.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can choose to pay on a monthly basis (billed monthly in advance) through our online payment system. If you would like to pay annually, please contact the Kounta Success team.
We price Kounta on being the best value, with powerful new features, services and add-ons for all types and sizes of stores, therefore do not offer discounts or special programs for nonprofits.
