  • How easy it is to upgrade or downgrade plans?

    Very! Upgrading is the perfect way to try out our more advanced features and you can easily downgrade whenever you need to. There's no lock ins. You can even add or subtract registers as you need to.

  • Can I pay by direct debit?

    You bet you can.

  • Will you set up the hardware for me?

    Our Service Team will check in with you from time to time to ensure you are prepped and ready to launch. If you need more thorough, in-person support, we can connect you to a Kounta specialist.

  • Does the price include hardware?

    Hardware is an extra cost, but don’t worry, Kounta works on a range of devices, new and old, so you won’t break the bank on hardware.

  • Do I have to pay anything extra for integrations?

    Certain integrations are only available on certain plans - which you can see in the table above. If you decide to integrate other platforms with Kounta, you’ll have to subscribe to their services as well as ours.
